The Festival and Congress Centre in Varna has 11 multifunctional halls with various seating capacity ranging from 50 to 1000. It has also a restaurant, several cafes and summer terraces all situated under the same roof on 4000 square m on the town’s liveliest central street, just in front of the entrance to the Sea Garden, only 50 m from the Beach Alley. Built in 1986 and designed by the architect Kossyo Hristov, it consists of 80 000 cubic metres space, most of which is underground. The building has an imposing and elegant look and is one of the architectural symbols of Varna.

Everyday the halls of the Festival and Congress Centre host various events: movie projections, concerts, theatre performances, literary evenings, children shows and events, art exhibitions, fairs, international and specific congresses, conferences, seminars, firm presentations, workshops, national and urban celebrations, school festivities and corporate events.
