I have provisionally divided the selected performances into two groups. The first group (“The Archetype Of The Modern Man”) is an attempt to unite under one formula the search for the archetype, a particular escape from modern times (more precisely from their obvious meanings), the nostalgic journey to lost, submerged, dreamed native lands of man… The second group ( “The Modern Man In Modern Times”) comprises performances that deal directly with the crisis of man, set in the landscape of an americanized world…
