The premier of opera-buff “The King and The Plumber” (composer Dimitar Valchev) was in 1971 in First Studio of The National Radio of Bulgaria. After almost 40 years prof. Rumen Tsonev together with his students from NBU create remake of the opera-buff and NRB including it in its culture program because of 75 university of the radio.
