Between 1889 and 1890, thanks to the Municipality of Varna, a clock tower and a hall for theatrical performances, concerts, and other events were built in the City Garden. The hall was named “Saedinenie” (“Unification”). The tower was designed by municipal architect Sava Dimitrievich, while the hall was the work of Armenian architect Levon Hovhannes Kyureghian.
